Maisha Teaches Women Internet essentials at WITB

June 28th, on a warm summer day New York City was boiling but those who persisted got the edge.

At another vibrant lecture, this time for the annual Women In the Black conference, Maisha got women owned small businesses in the loop on launching Web sites and Internet Marketing techniques. Maisha covered a varitey of Internet topics for entrepreneurs including:

         - Getting free/open source software

         - Steps in planning a Web site

         - 4 site types & which one you need

         - Budgeting for your Web site

         …and much more.

The event was opened by a representative of Citysearch followed by Maisha who covered the above topics and also did ad hoc, on-the-spot marketing analyses of several businesses present.
