April 16: Intro to Email Marketing Strategy

Email can be your most reliable revenue engine if you treat it like a system. Go beyond the newsletter and let’s craft an email marketing strategy you can stick to.

We’ll help you align your content with customer needs, and choose email tactics and a cadence that fits your capacity.

You’ll learn the various options for email marketing, understand audience segments, consider content pillars and KPIs, and make plan you can measure and improve. Let’s finally launch your email marketing!

April 27: Choosing an Email Marketing Platform

Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact and more—what’s right for you? We’ll compare features, costs, integrations, and deliverability so you can pick a platform with confidence.

You’ll score each option against your goals, weigh migration steps, and document the connections you’ll need on day one to integrate the platform with your site. Store vs service based? Want to stick within a certain budget? Need a platform that works with a small list or a large one? Let’s get your email platform sorted!

May 12: Creating Automations for Service-based Businesses

Not all leads are equal. Design an email marketing strategy that works for service-based businesses. We’ll walk you through the variety of email marketing tactics and help you decide which ones work for you. Learn how to set up forms, tags, automations, and segments that route prospects to the right follow-up so you spend less time chasing and more time closing.

Build lead capture offers, draft short nurture sequences for consults and proposals, and connect your CRM for clean hand-offs.

May 28: Creating an Email Newsletter with AI

Email marketing is consistently the best converting of all marketing tactics. So why is it so hard to get started? We want to set you up to publish consistently without burning out. Learn a practical process to brainstorm, draft, and polish a newsletter using AI while keeping your brand voice human and trustworthy.

We’ll show you how to build prompt templates, create a content outline, set a production routine, and then build your first email. Leave with a checklist of the steps you need to take to finally create and launch your email newsletter.

June 4: Creating Automations for eCommerce

Automations are the quiet workhorses of digital marketing and especially of email marketing. They save you time while keeping you connected to your audience.

In this hands-on session, we’ll help you understand how these two automations can help you drive sales and outline an email welcome flow and a cart-recovery sequence that’s persuasive, on-brand, and measurable.

We’ll show you how to create a strategy, draft copy, set timing, choose incentives (or not), and connect your automation so it runs reliably.

June 17: Build a Community, Not Just an Email List

The best lists feel like VIP rooms. Don’t just grow your list, grow your community by attracting the right subscribers.

We’ll walk through all the different methods of list building: lead magnets, pop-ups, quizzes, content upgrades, referrals, events, partnerships, paid ads, SMS, and more.

We’ll also show you how to develop lead ideas, consider engagement loops, set benchmarks for opens, clicks, and revenue, and automate cleaning and reactivating inactive subscribers.

Go from ideas to implementation. Start building an engaged community of email subscribers.

June 25: Do Lead Magnets Still Work? Create, Connect, Convert

Pick a compelling idea, build it fast, and connect it, analyze the data and then optimize. The concept behind creating a lead magnet is simple but where do you start and what are all the steps from start to finish?

This session teaches you the most effective lead-magnet formats—checklists, guides, templates, quizzes, calculators, mini-courses etc. and map the process end to end: creation, promotion, integrations, delivery, and follow-up.

Walk away knowing how to choose the right format, build it, and set up tracking to see which magnets actually convert.
