January 20: Strategies & Prep to Build Your Service-Based Site

Even if you sell services, your website is your storefront and your salesperson. We’ll show you how to build a professional, easy-to-update site for your serviced based business to get qualified leads coming in.

Learn how to organize pages to highlight your value, incorporate your brand basics (logo/colors), outline high-converting service pages, enable lead generation, and track your results.

Let’s create your site-building roadmap. 

Recommended pre-work: make a list of 3-5 sites you like that do something similar to what you do. Make brief notes on what it is you like about each site.

February 12: Let’s Build Your Service-Based Site!

Bring your copy and we’ll make real progress actually building the basics of your site together. 

We’ll start by setting you up with a free site building account and walk through the steps together to configure your site.

Come to our previous class “Strategies/Prep to Build Your Service-Based Site” where we’ll map pages, design, and content. Then bring your content to this session, and we’ll walk you through how to add it to the site and get it ready to publish!

You’ll leave with your site mostly built and a clear list of items needed for completion

March 17: What’s Your Tech Stack? (Site, CRM, Zapier, Contracts)

What is the right set of tools that work together to allow your service-based business to run smoothly? How can you automate so that you have more time for sales and delivery?

We’ll discuss a lean stack for service businesses including site platform, automations with Zapier, email capture, lead capture (CRM), and contract/proposal software like Quickbooks, HoneyBook or Dubsado.

We’ll outline some core automations to consider and establish data hygiene habits that keep everything running smoothly. 

April 7: How to Create a Service-Based Funnel

Design a short, sane funnel that moves strangers to booked calls without feeling salesy!

If you’re ready to automate your lead gen, we’ll outline how to connect traffic, lead magnets, email, your calendar, and your follow up to build a system that works

Evaluate your offer, identify proof assets (testimonials, case studies), and set a monthly review to keep optimizing toward booked revenue.
